The part-time Sales & Marketing Customer Service Associate position will appeal to anyone seeking a flexible part-time role within the travel industry. This position is instrumental in responding to customer inquiries related to the reservation process and loyalty program.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responding via email to loyalty related customer inquiries
• Making phone calls to members as needed to facilitate resolution
• Tracking inquiries and logging tickets
• Other related duties may include conducting background member account research using proprietary tools, liaising between field sales representatives and internal operations personnel, and assisting sales and marketing personnel on projects and assignments

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be highly proficient in English, with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales support or marketing role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook
• Organized with attention to detail; problem solving abilities
• An ability to prioritize and react quickly to a busy, changing environment
