The Contest begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) on May 1, 2024, and closes at 11:59 PM (ET) on June 15, 2024 (the “Contest Period”).

There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won. The prize includes:
A 7-night stay at Citadines Ramblas in Barcelona, Spain, courtesy of Transat Tours Canada Inc. This Grand Prize trip includes:
- Flight tickets: round trip economy airfare for two. Departure from either Toronto or Montreal. Includes airport taxes.
- 7 nights for 2 pax in a Studio (27m2).
- 8-day Park’N Fly Toronto or Montreal valet stay.
Flights Travel Window: the airfare to Barcelona, Spain will be valid for travel June 15, 2024 to October 31, 2024 with blackout dates from July 19, 2024, to August 14, 2024.
Hotel Travel window: the hotel offer is valid for travel June 15, 2024 to October 31, 2024 with blackout dates from July 19, 2024, to August 14, 2024, and September 13, 2024 to September 16, 2024.
Reservation must be made 30 days prior to departure and no extension will be granted. This offer is subject to room and flight availability.

3. Conditions Attached to the Prize
Transat Tours Canada Inc. « TTC » doing business as Air Transat and Transat.
I. Winner selection: The grand prize will be randomly drawn from all ballots submitted or that occurred between the periods of May 1, 2024, to June 15, 2024. The draw date will take place at the Park’N Fly office located at 5905 Campus Road, Mississauga, Ontario, L4V 1P9 on June 17, 2024, at 11:00 AM (ET). The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries during the contest period.
II. The Grand Prize will be awarded as outlined in section 2; B, Prizes.
III. All bookings will be completed by Transat Tours Canada Inc.
IV. The selected Contestant and his/her travelling companion must travel together both ways. The trip must be reserved 30 days prior to departure. The prize is subject to room and flight availability. No extension will be allowed. Travel to and from the preferred departure airport (Toronto Pearson or Montreal Trudeau) will be the responsibility of the winner.
V. Reservations are subject to the availability of Air Transat and Citadines at the time of the reservation. Taxes, airport fees, customs duties, entry fees, tourist cards, surcharges, insurance charges, personal expenses, personal travel insurance, and travel documents are not included in the Prize. Transat Tours Canada Inc. strongly recommends that the selected Contestant and his/her travelling companion take out travel insurance at the time of the reservation.
VI. On the travelling date, the selected Contestant and his/her travelling companion must have the legal right to leave Canada and return to Canada and must have the legal right to enter and leave the destination country to which they are bound. They are fully responsible for obtaining, at their own expense, all documentation necessary for the trip as required by the authorities concerned, including, but not limited to, visas, passports, and vaccination certificates. These shall be obtained before departure. The selected Contestant and his/her travelling companion shall comply with the Contest validity dates and accept the alternatives proposed by Transat Tours Canada Inc if this proves necessary. Transat Tours Canada Inc reserves the right to offer a comparable prize if the destination is cancelled in the case of circumstances beyond its control.
VII. All of the personal expenses of the selected Contestant and his/her travelling companion are their sole responsibility. The selected Contestant and his/her travelling companion are responsible for their own transportation upon departure and arrival at the international airport of departure. Transat Tours Canada Inc shall assume no responsibility of any nature whatsoever for any postponement, delay, or cancellation of the flight for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, weather conditions or equipment breakdown or failure. The travelling companion of the selected Contestant shall be a Canadian resident who has reached the age of majority in his/her province or territory of residence by the Contest Opening Date.
VIII. Reservation for the Prize must be made with Transat Tours Canada Inc by the Organizer, on the date agreed upon by the selected Contestant and will be subject to availability.
IX. The Prize offered must be accepted as awarded and is not exchangeable, refundable, transferable, or convertible into cash.
X. Reservation for the flight portion of each Grand Prize is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. No extensions permitted. Travel must be to/from the same destination. You cannot return from a different airport. The length of your trip can not exceed the length defined in the prize description as outlined in 2; B. No stopovers are allowed. Travel must be completed as outlined in 2; B. No changes are permitted to reservations once a date of travel is confirmed or a ticket has been issued. Only return travel (single city pair) is permitted. All applicable fees and charges (such as airport/departure taxes, security charges, or other third-party fees, taxes, or charges) are the sole responsibility of the bearer of the ticket. Tickets are not transferable, not refundable, and not redeemable for cash. No changes are permitted to reservations once the date of travel is confirmed.
XI. The Grand Prize winner is responsible for all fuel, surcharges, taxes, fees, and other applicable charges and must pay with a credit card at the time of booking. The Grand Prize winner and their travelling companion are responsible for: any and all costs, expenses, and taxes not expressly described herein including, without limitation, applicable local air departure taxes, ground transportation to and from the Winner’s place of residence to the closest international airport, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, personal expenses of any nature for an overnight layover, meals and beverages, baggage fees, service charges, in-flight meals, and entertainment; costs incurred to and from the departure point as the Grand Prize originates and terminates there, spending money, gratuities, pre and/or post-tour accommodations if applicable, optional excursions, incidentals, insurance, and any and all other expenses not specified in the above description of the Grand Prize Package.
XII. The Grand Prize winner and their travelling companion are responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documentation, such as passports and visas, and complying with customs immigration regulations. The Grand Prize winner and their travelling companion are responsible for ensuring that all travel papers (including but not limited to passport and travel visas) required for travel to the destination are in good order, and are valid prior to, and for the entire duration of, the Grand Prize Period. Transat and Park’N Fly Canada will not be held responsible if the prize winner is refused entry into the destination by Government or border security authorities and no alternative prize will be awarded.
XIII. Parking certificate valid for stays at Park’N Fly’s Toronto Valet or Montreal Valet.
XIV. Parking certificate includes applicable taxes. Extra day rates and associated taxes are applicable on unpaid days beyond the number of complimentary days. The charge begins at the time of check-in and is based on a minimum 24-hour period. No refunds or exchanges on unused portions. Unused portions cannot be redeemed for cash. The certificate must be presented at check out to receive this offer. Valid only for parking charges. Cannot be combined with any other Park’N Fly offer. Blackout dates may apply. Parking certificate must be redeemed within one year from the date of issuance.
XV. Prize must be accepted as provided. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, may not be separated, and must be accepted as awarded. Cash equivalent substitution will not be available, nor can it be transferred to another person.
4. How to Win
To be declared a winner of the Grand Prize, selected entrants must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question, posed by telephone or email at a mutually convenient time. Eligible entrants providing an incorrect answer will no longer be eligible to win a prize in this contest. In addition, before being declared the winner of the Grand Prize, the winner will be required to sign a standard Release and Indemnity Form specific to the Grand Prize confirming understanding, compliance with and acceptance of the contest rules and acceptance of the Grand Prize as awarded along with a release of all liability satisfactory to the Contest Sponsor(s) and return the signed form to the Contest Sponsor.
5. Eligibility
The contest is open only to residents of Canada. Entrants must be over the age of 18 years on the contest draw date. Employees, immediate family, and household members of such employees of the Contest Sponsor and any of their respective affiliates and advertising and promotional agencies are excluded from the Contest. This includes Park’N Fly Canada, Transat, as well as the Contest Sponsor’s respective subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, partners, suppliers, printers, distributors, advertising agencies, immediate families, and household members. In these rules, immediate family is defined as a spouse, domestic partner, children, siblings, parents, and in-laws.
6. Conditions of Entry
Entrants (i) acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements and, (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Contest Judges, made in their sole discretion, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. Entrants who have not complied with these Official Rules will be disqualified.
7. Liability
Entrants and/or winners assume liability for injuries caused or claimed to be caused by participating in the Contest, or by the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize awarded, including but not limited to claims/damages for personal injury, or property damage.
Entrants and/or winners agree to waive any and all claims against the Contest Sponsor and/or any of its agents and release the Contest Sponsor and any of its agents from all liability from injury, property damage or any other loss sustained by the entrant and/or winner as a result of participation in the Contest due to cause whatsoever, including negligence, or duty of care by the Contest Sponsor and/or any of its agents.
8. Prize Acceptance
By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the contest organizers publishing or announcing the Prize winner’s name and photograph(s) in future publicity, without permission or compensation. By entering this contest, the Grand Prize winner consents to the unlimited reproduction, publication use and distribution of photographs by CAA, Transat and/or Park’N Fly in all forms and media, and in all manners including advertising, trade, display, editorial, art, advertisements, video production, exhibitions, social media and website content.9. Releases
By entering this contest, entrants confirm that they have read and understood these Rules. Entrants also agree, should they become an eligible winner, that they will sign a release form releasing the Contest Sponsor, and any respective affiliates, partners, parents, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, agents and advertising and promotional agencies (collectively, the Releases), from any and all claims or liability of any kind arising from or in connection with this contest or a prize, including, without limitation, claims or liability in connection with the acceptance, use or misuse of the prize as awarded. All documents must be completed and returned within the period noted on those documents or the prize may be forfeited.
10. Disclaimer
All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsor, who shall have no liability for lost, stolen, late, damaged or misdirected entries; for any failure of the website during the promotional period; for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software; for failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Contest Sponsor for any reason including, without limitation, on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website, or any combination thereof; or for any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any material in the contest. All entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are ineligible, incomplete, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way.11. Disclosures
Any attempt by an entrant or other individual, to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest, including but not limited to any fraudulent claims, could be in violation of both criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages from any such individual, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Participants engaging in any of the foregoing activities will be disqualified and will forfeit any prize won.
12. Disclosures
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Contest Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the Province of Ontario without regard to Ontario conflicts of law principles. All entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the Province of Ontario.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. In particular, Contest Sponsor’s employees are not authorized to waive, modify or amend any provision or provisions of these Official Rules in any manner whatsoever.
Personal information collected from entrants will be used by the Contest Sponsor for the purpose of administering the Contest. Contest Sponsor will not sell, share or otherwise disclose personal information of entrants with third parties, other than to third parties engaged by Contest Sponsor to fulfill the above purposes or as permitted or required by law. By providing your information and opting-in at the Contest website, Contest Sponsor may provide you with information relating to new and existing products, coupons, product sampling, and news regarding upcoming promotions. By entering the Contest, entrant consents to the manner of collection, use and disclosure of personal information as set out in the Contest Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at www.parknfly.ca/privacy-policy
Contest Rules and Regulations and the decisions of the Contest judges as selected by the Contest Sponsor are final. All survey feedback submitted becomes the property of the Contest Sponsor without payment of any compensation in addition to the prize award to successful entrants.
Sponsor retains the right, in its absolute discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or value in the event of the unavailability of any component of the selected prize for any reason whatsoever.
13. Modification of the Contest
The contest organizers reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this contest, in whole or in part, should an event or any human intervention occur that could alter or affect the management, security, impartiality or operation of the contest as provided for herein. If fraud, technical failures including any network server or hardware failure, viruses, bugs, errors in programming, or any other errors or other causes beyond the control of the corrupt or threaten to corrupt the administration, integrity or security of the contest or if any other factor interferes with the conduct of this Contest as contemplated by these Official Rules, or for any other reason at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsor.
